2. License and Restrictions

DevRelic LLC (“DevRelic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service solely for your personal or authorized business purposes.

You must not:

We will always make it clear what you are paying for before charging for any product or service.

4. Data and Privacy

The Service stores and processes personal data you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
It is your responsibility to keep your device and account secure.
We strongly recommend not jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and cause the app to malfunction.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service may use or rely on third-party integrations or SDKs, including but not limited to:

  • Google Play Services

  • Apple App Store Services

  • Cloudflare

  • Firebase / Google Analytics

  • Microsoft Clarity

Each third-party provider has its own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which apply in addition to ours.

6. Network Usage and Connectivity

Some functions of the Service require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
DevRelic cannot be held responsible if certain features do not function properly due to lack of connectivity or insufficient data allowance.

If you use the app outside your home region and incur roaming or data charges, these costs are your responsibility.
If you are not the account holder for your device or network, you confirm that you have permission from the account owner to use the Service.

You must also ensure your device remains charged; DevRelic cannot be held liable for service interruptions caused by power or hardware issues.

7. Updates and Termination

We may periodically update the app or Service to improve performance or security. You agree to install all available updates to continue using the Service.
We may, at any time and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Service. Upon termination:

  • All rights and licenses granted to you will end; and

  • You must stop using and delete the app from your device.

8. Abuse Prevention and Rate Limiting

Automatic Monitoring

Our systems continuously analyze user activity to detect and prevent misuse or malicious behavior.
If abnormal usage patterns are detected that could affect performance or security, access may be temporarily restricted.

Purpose

Rate limiting ensures the stability and reliability of our infrastructure, providing a smooth experience for all users.

Detection and Temporary Blocking

Suspicious or abusive behavior may trigger temporary access restrictions. These blocks are automatically lifted after a set period.

By using our Service, you agree to these automated protection measures, which safeguard both the system and the community.

If you believe your access was restricted in error, please contact support@devrelic.com.

9. Refunds and Activity Log Verification

If you request a refund through the App Store or other platforms, please note that certain non-personal activity logs may be shared with the relevant platform to verify app usage.
This ensures refund claims are processed fairly and transparently.
We value your privacy, and this information is shared only for legitimate refund verification purposes.
